I think you really need to take a look at LEI and SSN and see where they both were in early 2010.

Both in similar positions to DEJ. Both had more debt than cash on hand and it seemed there must be massive dilutions just to keep the lights on.

Less than a year later they both experienced over 1000% returns, and are still maintaining in excess of 500% returns. (even in this market)

Neither of those companies had the same things going for them that DEJ has going for it.

LEI had about 12K net acres in TOTAL, production of less than 100 barrels of oil per day. Today LEI is producing about 130 barrels of oil per day and only holds between a 15-50% working interest on the majority of (now) about 15K acres.

SSN had more land (about 45K acres) and about the same production (130 barrels or so). Today, SSN still producing about 130 barrels of oil (actually has just increased due to completion of another well which they hold a 35% or so working interest) but sold about half of their land holdings.

DEJ is sitting on over 10X the acres of LEI (about 5X SSN's acres) is already producing over 4X the oil daily and has not sold a single acre, but has in fact purchased an addition few thousand acres in Woodrush.

You may not like the future prospects of DEJ, but I certainlly do.
