股价0.105，今天一开盘冲到0.12，
很多消息都看好这支股，说是隐藏宝石，
时间一到一飞冲天。。。
看了报告，公司还不错，等还是犹豫不决要不要进场。

不知道谁对它有研究？

这只股是从某个股票论坛注意到的，
很多老鸟都对这只股票正面评价，
他们建议0.11买入。。。

我看也报告，也觉得很不错，
原本想要投机的，今天0.105了，
看来需要时间，要丢掉一些收一些了！

洪災衝擊‧微領泰國廠房停擺

（吉隆坡13日訊）微領科技（MQTECH，0070，創業板工業產品組）獨資子公司MPT SOLUTION公司（MPTS）坐落在泰國巴吞他尼府的廠房設施因洪災衝擊而暫停運作。

微領科技發表文告指出，該公司和當地的團隊正監督此事件所引發的情況，並採取防範措施。

此事件對集團截至2011年12月31日為止財政年的凈資產及盈利影響，胥視破損的數額及修復的程度而定，惟目前尚未確定。

公司董事部認為，此事件對集團的永續經營不會帶來實質程度的影響。（星洲日報／財經）

微領泰子公司MPT全面恢復運作

（吉隆坡23日訊）微領科技（MQTECH，0070，創業板工業產品組）宣佈旗下受水災影響的泰國子公司MPT方案，已在本月19日恢復全面運作。

該公司發文告說，受水災影響，MPT方案的製造設備前後共停止運作了2個月，但補充這次意外沒有對公司資產及盈利造成實質影響。（星洲互動）

MQ Technology Berhad (“MQ” or “Company”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Microlead Engineering Sdn Bhd (“MESB”), has on 31 December 2012 commenced winding up proceedings voluntarily. MESB was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 9 August 1999 as a private limited company.  The present authorized share capital of MESB is RM500,000 comprising 500,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each of which 448,188 ordinary shares have been issued and fully paid up. MESB has ceased its business operations and become a dormant company since 2009 and it is no longer required for MQ Group’s operations. 微領科技泰子公司 疑遭盜用公款報警

（吉隆坡4日訊）微領科技（MQTECH，0070，創業板工業股）泰國子公司MPT方案疑遭盜用公款，已向泰國警方報案並要求助查。

微領科技向馬證交所報備指出，子公司發現銀行戶頭與賬目不符，內部調查懷疑遭盜用公款，上月29日已向當地警方報案，並展開調查。

文告指出，公司內部調查后發現，該筆款項是在未經子公司同意下，擅自從銀行中取出，預計虧損約泰銖1700萬（約170萬令吉）。

微領科技已向子公司撥出一筆緊急基金，以確保不影響日常運作；一旦警方調查得出結，將再向股東報備。

該公司指出，總公司已設立新小組，專門處理泰國子公司財務，並從即日起生效，現有銀行戶頭亦已遭凍結，資金將轉移至由總公司委派人員開設的新戶頭內。

涉嫌此案的嫌疑犯職務已遭終止，配合深入調查，該公司高度重視這起案件，目前正諮詢專家調查意見，將採取下一步行動。[ChinaPress]

The Board of Directors of MQ (“the Board”) hereby announce that MPT Solution Co., Ltd (“MPTS”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in Thailand has informed the Board that it has detected discrepancies in the bank accounts of MPTS. Immediately MQ conducted a preliminary investigation and suspected cash embezzlement had occurred in MPTS. A police report has been made in Thailand on 29 December 2012 and investigation is underway. Based on MQ’s preliminary investigation, the suspected embezzlement was allegedly committed by authorised bank signatory of MPTS through withdrawals from MPTS’s bank accounts maintained in Thailand, which are not approved for purposes authorised by MPTS. Based on the present available information, the estimated losses is in the region of Thai Baht 17 million (approximately RM1.7 million). Emergency funding has been provided by MQ to MPTS to ensure no disruption of MPTS day to day operations. A new team from headquarter has been tasked to take charge of the finance operation of MPTS with immediate effect. As the immediate remedial action, the said accounts have been frozen and a new account will be opened with new signatories from directors of MQ. The suspect has been suspended with immediate effect to facilitate the conduct of investigations. The Board views this incident with highest seriousness and is currently seeking advice from relevant experts for further investigation and next course of actions. The Board will keep shareholders informed of any significant developments resulting from  police investigation and advice from relevant experts and will make the necessary announcement at the appropriate time.

泰子公司涉亏空 微领科技料损失170万

（吉隆坡9日讯）微领科技（MQTech，0070，创业板）估计，2012财年末季业绩将因泰国子公司———MPTSolution有限公司涉亏空案而受冲击。
微领科技向马交所报备，内部进行的的亏空案调查工作估计在2013年首季完成。

“我们预测将损失约170万令吉，并对截至2012年12月31日财年末季造成冲击。”

微领科技日前传出子公司银行账目不符，初步调查后怀疑有人涉及挪用公款而爆出亏空案。

微领科技在事情爆发后于上月29日报警处理，集团亦紧急拨款MPT Solution，确保后者日常营运不受影响。

另外，集团也指派工作队负责MPTSolution的财务运作，并冻结涉案的银行户头及另开新账户。[南洋财经]
