Cash Settlement Amount: = Number of UNISEM-CA x (Closing Price – Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio) – Exercise Expenses = Number of UNISEM-CA x (RM1.8807 – RM2.18) x (1/4) – Exercise Expenses The Closing Price of RM1.8807 is the 5-day volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the UNISEM shares on each of the 5 market days immediately before the Expiry Date. As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant warrantholder and the UNISEM-CA shall become void and cease to have any exercise rights. This announcement is dated 25 March 2011.
