TOP GLOVE CORPORATION BERHAD ("TOP GLOVE" OR THE "COMPANY")
(I) PROPOSED BONUS ISSUE OF UP TO 347,998,000 NEW ORDINARY SHARES OF RM0.50
EACH IN TOP GLOVE (SHARE(S)) ON THE BASIS OF ONE (1) NEW SHARE (BONUS SHARE(S))
FOR EVERY ONE (1) EXISTING SHARE HELD ON AN ENTITLEMENT DATE TO BE DETERMINED
LATER (PROPOSED BONUS ISSUE);
(II) PROPOSED INCREASE IN THE AUTHORISED SHARE CAPITAL OF TOP GLOVE FROM
RM200,000,000 COMPRISING 400,000,000 SHARES to RM400,000,000 COMPRISING
800,000,000 SHARES (PROPOSED INCREASE IN AUTHORISED SHARE CAPITAL); AND
(III) PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE MEMORANDUM AND ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION (M&A)
OF TOP GLOVE (PROPOSED AMENDMENTS).
(COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE PROPOSALS)
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Top Glove, OSK Investment Bank Berhad
wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the following:
(i) Proposed bonus issue of up to 347,998,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.50
each in Top Glove (Share(s)) on the basis of one (1) new Share (Bonus Share(s))
for every one (1) existing Share held on an entitlement date to be determined
later (Proposed Bonus Issue);
(ii) Proposed increase in the authorised share capital of Top Glove from
RM200,000,000 comprising 400,000,000 Shares to RM400,000,000 comprising
800,000,000 Shares (Proposed Increase in Authorised Share Capital); and
(iii) Proposed amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association (M&A
of Top Glove (Proposed Amendments).

18 oct 2006 = topglove porpose bonus 2 for 5
07 dec 2006 = topglove hit RM14.00. 参照PE 图，当时 PE 大概 30
[size=130%]（16 april 2010, RM 14.00 的 sell  Q，被大户吃光光）
17 jan 2007 = anounce bonus exdate.
27 jan 2007 = 给了 bonus 之后，股价就跌到一去不回头了。
当时的胶价，也是 7 块多，为什么胶价越高，股价越高，PE 越高，当年可以到 30 。

如果历史重演，今年真的有红股，那么要PE=30也有可能，保守一点25

（吉隆坡）頂級手套（TOPGLOV,7113,主板工業產品組）建議以1送1比例派送3億4799萬8000股紅股。

這間公司發文告指出，紅股計劃將完全從擁有2億4367萬7000令吉的股票溢價戶口融資，主要為了回饋股東與擴大股票數量，並提高股票市場流通性。

這計劃料提高繳足資本從1億5187萬9000令吉至3億4799萬8000吉，因此將建議增加注冊資本從2億令吉至4億令吉。

上述計劃預計在第3季完成。

虽然红股对于股东们其实没有什么好处，但往往宣布分红股时，股价都会有反应会上涨的！大哥TOPGLOVE这次宣布买一送一的红股如果还是不能刺激股价上涨的话，那么手套股的上涨趋势就完了，而我也会退场了，所以今天我才会选择买进TOPGLOVE，然后就让市场来决定手套股的未来吧。。。

我说句心理话。。。手套股在近5年确实是更有实力的上市股【就是奇怪为什么30大没有他们】-领域全球性占有率--若花旗银行可以3美元变80美元--谷歌可以1美元变700美元--为什么我们的手套股不可以？？

你错过了之前无数次的买入机会吗？？你孩子大学费用已经有头绪了吗？？拼了把--重注手套股【反正外汇亏损-厂着火-橡胶价起等等的利坏都已经在近三年内悉数前后出笼了。。。】

顶级手套的红股消息已经是大家的意料之内，只要你要留意手套股就知道。
首先SUPERMAX， 然后KOSSAN，再接下来。。。
当新闻不再有任何惊喜，很难引起大家兴趣。
一般成熟的投机者／投资者不会盲目追逐购买高价为了红股而已。

明天有大可能早上会起纯粹为了新的CC上市，起也是为了推销新TOPGLOVE的CC。

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Top Glove, RHB Investment Bank Berhad (formerly known as RHB Sakura Merchant Bankers Berhad) ("RHB INVESTBANK") is pleased to announce the completion of the book-building process in relation to the Proposed Placement. [size=130%]扣掉par value成本后，RM 225,908,586 多得到的钱是放在 share premium account 的。

如今，经过 esos， [size=130%]share premium[size=130%] account 已有接近 260 mil，
今天 proposed 1 free 1 bonus 是直接从   [size=130%]share premium 分

[size=100%]这样算不算是一种回馈股东能的做法，至少上次 private placement 的钱和esos赚到的钱，今天 3年后，用 bonus 1 free 1 的方法，把钱分回了给大家。

这次的 bonus 并没有影响到公司的 retained profit.

今天我会卖出一部分的SUPER，然后买进TOP。。。我会做这个决定是因为如果这次的红股不能把手套股拉上更高的话，我也是时候忘记手套股了。。。红股也不能让它上涨的话，还有什么因素能呢？我看不到。。。
