POLYTWR - SUSPENSION OF TRADING IN SECURITIES
LISTING'S CIRCULAR NO. L/Q : 54999 OF 2009
POLY TOWER VENTURES BERHAD ("POLYTWR" or "the Company") failed to issue to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities" or "the Exchange") for public release its quarterly report for the financial period ended 31 May 2009 on or before the Suspension Deadline (i.e. 30 October 2009). Pursuant to paragraphs 9.28(5) and 2.06 of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("Main Market LR"), if the Company fails to submit the aforesaid quarterly report by the Suspension Deadline, in addition to any enforcement action that Bursa Securities may take, the Exchange shall suspend trading in the securitiesof the Company. The suspension shall be effected on the next market day after the Suspension Deadline. In this regard, trading in the Company's securities will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m. 2 November 2009 (Monday), until further notice. Pursuant to paragraph 9.28(6) of the Main Market LR, if a listed issuer fails to issue its quarterly report within 6 months from the expiry of the timeframe stated in paragraph 9.22 of the Main Market LR, in addition to any enforcement action that Bursa Securities may take, the Exchange shall commence de-listing procedures against such listed issuer. 之前在哪裏可以看到一直在增加？要發附加股也要經過Bursa批准吧？
類似這樣的股，不能買多是真的。兩三千塊買少少就沒關係，輸了也不會被剝了皮。
最後的公佈是公司要求Bursa不除牌。 |

除牌已成定局。Bursa拒絕了POLYTWR不除牌的要求，將在5月12日將POLYTWR除牌。除牌后，股東可以向CDS申請發出紙面的股權，作為POLYTWR股東的證據，以後如果POLYTWR生意有改善，股東有權利得到分紅。 |
