how to continuously scan a MySQL database using php???

i wan to do some object color changing on php/html side.....for exmple when the data in mysql is "1", the object show green color, and when the data change to "0", the object on php side will immediately change to red color.

sorry cant type in chinese, coz my colllege computer dun hav chinese input provioded...

如果是on the spot换颜色的，那肯定要用AJAX来协助你了。。。
