setcookie和header()问题

用binary editor 检查一下。
由于某些file format 会附带一些不知名的东东，所以在 excute 的时候就会出现。

解决方法有几个
1, 用binary 或 hex editor 找出来然后delete，之前我试过一个叫做 ultraedit 满不错。
2, 在 php.ini 里找那个 string buffer 什么的（忘记了全名） 然后 改成 on

把 <?PHP 之前和 ?> 之后的空位去掉. 如何？

或者，
1. save file as encoding ANSI

2. setcookie 和 header 之前的 code 不可以是 output, 例如: echo, print_r, var_dump
