UTAR SG LONG CAMPUS之休闲与运动篇
Rules & Regulations
Booking and Usage of Sports Facilities at Sungai Long Golf & Country Club Cheras
1. Students are subject to a fee stipulated by the Club each time if they sign up to use the sports facilities at Annexe Complex.
2. All students must produce their student cards at the Annexe Counter each time they use the sports facilities.
3. Students are allowed to use the sports facilities according to the specific time table and they are strictly prohibited to enter the gymnasium.
4. The availability of the sports facilities depend on a firstcome first served basis, however, students are required to make a booking from University uthority according to the booking rules provided.
5. All payments should be made at UTAR by students according to the rates stipulated by the club. The receipts/coupons must be produced for registration or booking for the sports facilities at the AnnexeCounter.
6. Students are required to wear appropriate sports attire and bring their own sports equipments e.g. racquets, shuttlecocks, balls & etc.
- Swimming Pool
Only proper swimming wear is allowed. Football shorts are strictly prohibited. - Snooker Room
Students must wear shoes. Slippers and T-shirts without collar are not permitted. - Table Tennis & Basketball
Students must wear proper sports attire. - Bowling Alley
Socks must be worn by all students. Singlets are strictly prohibited.
7. Students must co-operate with the Sports Assistants, Receptionists, and other staff in ensuring cleanliness and adhere to the rules of the Club.
8. All students are to behave themselves whenever they visit the club, otherwise, they will be removed from the Club immediately.
9. Smoking is strictly prohibited in any part of the Club premises
10. Students are not allowed to bring their family and friends to use the Club's facilities.
11. Other facilities terms and conditions are applied and must be adhered to whenever students use the facilities.12. The rules and regulations are subject to changes from time to time at the discretion of the Club Management.
Courts Booking Rules
(Badminton, Squash, Tennis, Snooker, Table Tennis, Basketball)
1. Each student is allowed to book one (1 ) court for an hour session per day.
2. Bookings can be made at UTAR's office seven (7) days in advance. Bookings must be submitted to Club Management daily before10.00am.
3. Students are advised to turn 10 minutes prior to timeofplay, however if any delay, students are required obtain clarification from Sports Registration Counter.
4. The booking regulations are subject to change from time to time as the discretion of the Club Management.

Please be informed that students are NOT ALLOWED to enter to the campus without STUDENT IDs and a PROPOER DRESS CODE (Corporate Wear on MONDAYS)
Effective from 27 June 2007 (Wenesday).
UTAR FAM Corporate Day
On every Monday of the semester week is designated as FAM corporate day.
On this day, the students are encouraged to dress in business attire.
Objective
* To prepare students to be familiar with the customs of corporate world
starting with how students present themselves.
* To enhance students enthusiasm through proper and professional appearance.

* Long sleeve shirt with neck tie
* Long slack pants
Female Attire
* Blouse
