股東放行回購自家股
世霸龍：回購底限50仙


（莎阿南23日訊）近來全球股市波動甚大，世霸龍（SUPERLN，7235，二板工業）已獲股東同意，股價若挫至低于50仙水平，則可回購自家股。世霸龍早前向馬交所報備指出，在第2次股東大會舉行前的這段期間，若股價下挫至50仙或以下水平，公司將以市價回購自家股。
文件指出，世霸龍最多將回購800萬普通股，相等于繳足資本的10%。
針對上述事件，世霸龍于今日召開特別股東大會，尋求股東同意。
該公司執行董事陳麟山指出，儘管小股東有些疑問，惟上述議案仍順利通過。
他今日出席世霸龍特別股東大會后，發表談話。
他說，美國動盪不定造成全球股市起伏跌宕，包括馬股在內也表現不穩定，因此，世霸龍冀藉股票回購穩定股價。
盗t一方面，這也是為了讓股東了解，我們並沒隨意應用資金。�
若股票回購計劃落實，世霸龍將通過內部資金進行回購。
過去7日，世霸龍股價除了前兩日分別有3100股及2000股易手外，其他交易日都沒有成交量，交投十分稀薄。

（吉隆坡27日訊）世霸龍控股（SUPERLN，7235，主板工業產品組）的200萬股股票在場外交易，每股交易價為53仙。

根據交易所資料，這批股權的交易價較該股週三的閉市價41仙高12仙或29.2%。

世霸龙净利飙384%

（吉隆坡22日讯）由于产品赚幅提高，世霸龙（Superln，7235，主板工业产品股）截至2012年7月31日首季，净利大增384.4%至161万8000令吉，上财年净赚33万4000令吉。

但由于钢导管的订单减少，截至2012年7月31日首季营业额下跌2.39%至1620万令吉，上财年为1659万7000令吉。

与此同时，首季每股盈利为2.07仙，比上财年的0.42仙高。

基于即将完成钢铁导管业务工厂的脱售计划，因此，预料2013年4月30日财年会取得更好的盈利。[Nanyang]

（吉隆坡11日讯）世霸龙（Superln，7235，主板工业产品股）截至10月31日第二季，净利大涨92.35%至35万2000令吉，上财年为18万3000令吉。

文告指出，单季营业额也从1388万9000令吉扬至1439万4000令吉，涨幅3.64%。

世霸龙表示，第二季盈利增长归功本地客户铜管销售提高、抵消绝缘体和钢管业务营收微降的不利影响。

首半年方面，世霸龙营业额录得3059万4000令吉，较上财年的3048万6000令吉增0.35%；净利增长280.12%至196万9000令吉。

单季每股盈利0.45仙，累计首半年每股盈利达2.52仙。[Nanyang]

联土局合作社 售世霸龙股权

（吉隆坡12日讯）在大量脱售世霸龙（Superln，7235，主板工业产品股）股权后，联邦土地局合作社（Koperasi Permodalan Felda）再也不是世霸龙主要股东之一。

世霸龙昨天向马交所报备，指联邦土地局合作社于公开市场脱售前者387万1050股，自10月3日起，再也不是该公司大股东。

联邦土地局合作社于9月5日时，持有世霸龙430万股，相当于5.39%股权。[南洋网财经]

（吉隆坡20日讯）由于隔热产品原料价格下滑，加上有利汇率，世霸龙（SUPERLN，7235，主板工业产品股）截至10月31日现财年第二季，净利暴涨近3.6倍至163万5000令吉，上财年为35万2000令吉。

世霸龙也建议派发每股1.25仙股息。

该公司第二季营业额则微扬1.01%至1453万9000令吉，上财年为1439万4000令吉。

首半年内，世霸龙净利达349万7000令吉，按年上涨77.6%；营业额则微跌0.58%至3041万6000令吉。
