营业额： RM 1,19m YoY 下跌 2.8% QoQ 下跌 0.1%
净盈利： RM 80m YoY 下跌 13.2% QoQ 上涨 7.2%

主要原因：
对比上一个财政年，TopGlove总营业额上涨13.8%，销售量上涨10%。强劲的销售量贡献于Nitrile Glove增加30%, Surgical Glove 46%。
至于Natural Rubber Gloves 销售额维持不变，vinyl Glove则下跌29%。
FY2019 成长缓慢，天然胶手套市场很竞争，以及原料价格上涨。
与上一季度相比，营业额下跌0.1％但税后盈利增加6.5%, 贡献于Nitrile Glove 但部分被vinyl glove亏损和较低的Natural Rubber Gloves盈利所抵消。
Natural Rubber Gloves的毛利率增加，但却因为销售额下跌而导致到较低的盈利
除此之外，这个季度的Natural rubber latex原料价格上涨5.2%至 RM4.65/KG。至于Nitrile latex原料价格上涨1%至USD 1.06/KG

展望未来：
目前Topglove生产63.9b只手套，年尾则会增加2b, 预计2020年尾能增加至 84.1b, 一共876条生产线。
增加的20.2b手套大约是现在的32%生产量。
除此之外，公司也推出了BioGreen - Biodegradable Nitrile Glove (生物可分解)。
Topglove对前景表示乐观，而且销售量和营业额仍然增长。公司会加强自动化以及流程改进，Topglove对未来表示乐观。

TopGlove 是属于长期投资的股票，这次的业绩也可以算得上符合预期。Topglove业绩是在今天下午发布。但股价只是下跌1 cent, 相信投资者也接受了Topglove 4Q19的业绩。

（吉隆坡26日讯）顶级手套（Top Glove Corp Bhd）第四季净利按年下跌13.2%，主要由于竞争加剧和天然乳胶价格飙升。
顶级手套今日公布，截至8月杪2019财政年末季净利报8005万令吉，或每股3.13仙，低于上财年同期的9233万令吉，或每股3.61仙。
末季营业额下滑2.8%至11亿9000万令吉，一年前报12亿2000万令吉，因销量下滑。
顶级手套宣布派发每股4仙的终期股息，将于12月23日支付。
截至8月31日止2019财年，该集团取得3亿7060万令吉的净利，较2018财年的4亿2440万令吉，按年下跌12.7%；营业额则从42亿2000万令吉，增13.8%至48亿令吉。
顶级手套执行主席丹斯里林伟才在文告中指出，该集团在充满挑战和竞争的环境下实现增长，录得48亿令吉的最高销售收入。

We refer to the Article published in the New Malaysia Times dated 19 February 2020. The Company would like to inform Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad that there is a counterclaim by Low Chin Guan and Wong Chin Toh in the KL High Court proceedings.  Low Chin Guan has amongst others sought for a declaration that Aspion is in breach of the employment contract.  He has also asked for special damages of RM396,000 and general damages to be assessed by the Court.   As for Wong Chin Toh, he has counterclaims against the Company, Top Care and Aspion for, inter alia, losses suffered by him as a result of inconvenience, harassment and costs by reason of freezing order proceedings. As the countersuit is part of the legal suit against Adventa Capital Ptd Ltd and is not a new legal suit against the Company.  Hence, no announcement is made to the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The Company had also disclosed the above counterclaims under material litigation in its 2019 Annual Report under Note No.46 in the Financial Statements. This announcement is dated 21 February 2020.

截至早上10时10分，富时隆综指扬4.17点至1511.86点，早前一度攀升至1518.55点。

上升股468只，下跌股338只，353只无起落。成交量30亿9000万股，值17亿9000万令吉。

上升股包括Dutch Lady Milk Industries Bhd、Hong Leong Bank Bhd、Public Bank Bhd、Hong Leong Financial Group Bhd、Aeon Credit Service (M) Bhd、Malayan Banking Bhd、Allianz Malaysia Bhd、British American Tobacco (M) Bhd、Frontken Corp Bhd与RHB Bank Bhd。

The Board of Directors of Top Glove wishes to confirm that the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (“CBP”) has placed a detention order on disposable gloves manufactured by two of the Company’s subsidiaries, namely Top Glove Sdn Bhd and TG Medical Sdn Bhd on 15 July 2020. We are reaching out to the CBP through our office in U.S., customers and consultants, to understand the issue better and work towards a speedy resolution of the matter, within an estimated 2 weeks. There is a possibility this may be related to foreign labour issues, which we have already resolved, save for one more issue with regard to retrospective payment of recruitment fees by our workers to agents prior to January 2019, without our knowledge.  However, Top Glove has already been bearing all recruitment fees since January 2019 when our Zero Recruitment Fee Policy was implemented. Over the past few months we have been working on this issue which involves extensive tracing, to establish the correct amount to be paid back to our workers, on behalf of the previous agents.  We estimate the total amount to be about RM20 million to RM50 million. We believe it is in the best interests of all parties to come to a solution expeditiously so that our disposal gloves can reach the parties that need it the most, during this COVID-19 time. 吉隆坡16日讯）尽管在大马交易所已暂停交易，但顶级手套（Top Glove Corp Bhd）目前在新加坡交易所遭沉重抛售，归因于美国海关当局于7月15日对该公司的货物发出暂扣令。

顶级手套在午盘交易一度下挫10.8%，至6.51新元。截至4时30分，跌幅为0.72新元或9.8%，报6.59新元，市值为177亿7000万新元。

成交量为264万股，大幅高于200天平均的33万9000股。

顶级手套在马交所沦为主要下跌股。当下午3时30分恢复交易时，跌2.10令吉或9.63%，至19.70令吉。但在恢复交易不久后，就遇到马股暂停交易。马交所披露，目前正面临技术问题。

该集团早前向马交所报备，证实子公司顶级手套私人有限公司和TG Medical私人有限公司的用后即弃手套昨日被美国海关扣留。

“除了客户和顾问外，公司还通过美国办公室与美国海关接洽，以更好地了解这个问题，争取在估计两周内迅速解决此事。”

吉隆坡21日讯）艾芬黄氏资本研究维持给予顶级手套（Top Glove Corp Bhd）的“买入”评级，并把目标价上调至46.40令吉。券商认为，最近新冠肺炎感染病例剧增将在未来几个月推高手套平均售价，因为目前的短缺情况可能会恶化。

券商在7月20日的报告中指出，考量到最近发达国家的新冠肺炎疫情加剧，将推高手套需求及平均售价，因此进入2021财年（根据管理层指导）平均售价将继续每个月按月增加至少15%。

“根据我们的预测，如果平均售价每个月按月增加8至10%，我们的2021财年收益预测将上升24%至42%。”

“根据30倍本益比，顶级手套的目标价将介于56.20令吉至63.60令吉。”

“不过，如果我们根据52倍本益比【类似于贺特佳（Hatalega Holdings Bhd）的估值】，顶级手套的目标价可能超过110令吉，这意味着还有344%上涨空间。”

艾芬黄氏把2020财年至2022财年收益预测调高35%至310%，假设更高的平均售价。

“我们不会过度担忧美国海关发出暂扣令一事，并预计该集团将在2至4周内解决问题。”

“我们预测这对2020财年的收益影响约为5%至6%。然而，若这个问题持续下去，顶级手套将不得不将货物重新运往其它国家，不过该集团可能会从现货价格上涨中获益。”

“我们的评级主要风险包括：1）来自其他国家的竞争加剧；2）原材料价格波动较大；以及3）劳工问题恶化。”

（吉隆坡23日讯）顶级手套（TOPGLOV，7113，主要板医疗保健）股价冲破26令吉，写下闭市新高水平，进而带动市值飙升至704亿4926万令吉，挤下大众银行（PBBANK，1295，主要板金服），成为马股市值第二高的公司，仅次于马银行（MAYBANK，1155，主要板金服）。



顶级手套今日开盘扬升0.32%或8仙至24.78令吉，盘中股价不断走涨，闭市时更冲上全天最高水平26.12令吉，全日扬升1.42令吉或5.75%，成交量达2477万2600股。

随着股价首次在闭市时突破26令吉大关，顶级手套市值亦飙升至704亿4926万令吉，市值比695亿6792万令吉的大众银行多出近10亿令吉，成为马股市值第二高的公司。

截至今日闭市，马股市值最高的公司仍是马银行，市值达885亿8193万令吉。

随后依序排列为市值第二高的顶级手套、第三高的大众银行、第四高的国家能源（市值646亿9027万令吉）和第五高的贺特佳（市值616亿9692万令吉）。
