file exists

请问有什么方法能check到一个file存不存在client的pc里？不要用new ActiveXObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject")

我的system是asp + javascript。

为什么不要用这Server.CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject")

不能用这个，因为我要check的file是在client side。而这个code check的是server side.
