Submit PowerPoint and entry info. Before July 31, log in to My Account to submit your PowerPoint presentation and entry details. You can hand over your presentation before your app is finished, but remember—all apps must be completed by July 31, 2006.

Present your creation via Live Meeting. On or around October 18, 2006, finalists will show the judges how their finished apps work in a live web cast. You'll have a month to get ready for the meeting, and rehearse what you'll say. And remember, you won't ever submit your actual app to Microsoft, so your coding secrets will stay just that—secret.

虽然不用submit whole/complete app 上去，你还得完成你地app来做presentation on live webcast. 最终，还是免不了要完成你地作品的，也得submit一部分的app。

此举是为了让更多人知道window vista，也让他们终是被说垄断市场做个交代吧！所做的app都要是可以在window vista里走的。当你在sell你地作品时，一定会帮忙他们做宣传吧？哈哈，真聪明的啊！！！送100千出来做宣传，得到的利益是上千万的，善哉。。。

既然是比赛，东西一定要完成。
但已上面一句，就表示你的内码无需曝露，
既然内码没有曝露，怎样对“编程”评分？
所以这应该只是比构思，比创意罢了。
