("Food Life"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 18 June 2025 entered into the following:- Sale of Assets and Business Agreement with Hong Yun ("SABA"), for the acquisition of the specified assets and business from Hong Yun, for a total purchase consideration of RM3,900,000.00, subject to the terms and conditions as stiputated in the SABA; and Sale of Assets Agreement with D & D ("SSA"), for the acquisition of the specified assets from D & D, for a total purchase consideration of RM600,000.00, subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated in the SSA.
