HLB Housing Loan

我在10年前和HLB loan 300K多， HSE Financing Flexi.
最近查看了我的loan acc details， 发现Outstanding Balance 是 890K多。
为什么会这么多呢？
Financing amount: 3xx,xxx.xx
Outstanding Balance : 890,xxx.xx
Maturity Date : xx xxx 2042
Profit Rate (% p.a.): 4.24
monthly installment : 1,4xx.xx

 你的是islamic loan吧.
islamic loan的算法比较特别, 先把几十年的利息算进balance里, 然后每个月扣
扣的数目会比你月供款多, 到头来和普通non islamic loan一样
只是看起来奇怪 |
