（吉隆坡14日讯）资讯通讯科技（ICT）系统与解决方案供应商SNS有限公司（SNS Network Technology），与合盈证券签署包销协议，预计9月前上市马股创业板。

SNS公司周二发文告指出，首次公开募股（IPO）将公开发售3亿6290万新股，以及向选定投资者献售4840万股。

公开发售方面，8060万股供公众抽签申购；4840万股分配予符合资格的董事和雇员；3230万股私下配售给特定投资者；2亿160万股股则以私配形式，售予国际贸易及工业部批准的土著投资者。

根据包销协议，合盈证券会负责包销供大马民众和透过粉红表格申购的股份，共1亿2900万股。

SNS的业务，包括为苹果公司提供设备维修和相关服务，同时还涉足马电讯（TM，4863，主板电信与媒体股）、天地通（Celcom）和明讯（MAXIS，6012，主板电信与媒体股）宽频销售服务等。

SNS董事经理吴云汉表示，上市筹得的款项，可加速公司核心业务增长。

“随着各个领域越来越依赖ICT，预计ICT产品和服务的需求将保持强劲。”

根据文告，上市筹得的资金，将用于设立10家新零售店、充作营销活动、偿还贷款、及日常营运资金和上市活动开销。

出席签署仪式的，还包括SNS公司执行董事彭伟安、合盈证券企业融资董事经理拿督陈俊㟽、企业融资主管丁华代，企业融资副主管何朝玲。

(吉隆坡27日讯）从事资讯通讯科技（ICT）系统与解决方案供应商——SNS网络科技，今日推介招股书，以每股25仙发售3亿6290万股，预计可从中集资9070万令吉。

SNS网络科技预订在9月2日上市大马交易所创业板，配合这项上市计划，公开发售3亿6290万新股，占扩大后股本的22.5%，其中8060万股将开放给公众认购，4840万股保留给合资格的董事及员工，2亿零160万股保留给大马国际贸工部批准的土著投资者，3230万股私下配售予特定投资者。另外，原有的股东会献售4840万股，通过私下配售方式售予特定投资者。按IPO售价每股25仙计算，SNS网络科技上市后的市值将达4亿零320万令吉。

IPO筹集的9070万令吉，其中3340万用作资本开销（3090万令吉用于DAAS订阅服务，250万令吉在巴生、柔佛和槟城开设10家新零售店）。1800万令吉用于建设新区域中心，2000万令吉偿还银行贷款，1310万令吉为日常营运资本，150万令吉为推广自家品牌JOI的营销费用，470万令吉作为上市费用。

SNS网络科技董事经理吴云汉表示，随著越来越多公司推介远程或混合式工作模式，该公司看好大马DaaS（Device-as-a-service）设备订阅服务市场拥有庞大的开发潜能。

他补充说，DaaS是一种让客户以每月订阅付款方式租赁设备的业务模式，客户可依据最新业务营运需求灵活地租用所需的设备，避免拨出大笔资本开销采购ICT产品。

“2020年至2022年6月30日为止，SNS已签下82项DaaS订阅服务，总值达2亿5586万令吉。”

“我们成功与26家政府机构签署2亿4749万令吉合约，也和3家上市公司签下55万令吉合约。”

针对疫情之后，市场对科技设备产品的需求是否退烧，吴氏认为疫情已改变人们的生活习惯，如今混合式教学模式及工作模式变得越来越普及，形成一种新常态。此外，他看好5G科技的发展和政府积极推动科技化将推动公司成长。

吴氏指出，虽然目前该公司在2022财政年的营收约11亿令吉，惟仅占市场份额的1.47%，因此他认为该公司在大马还有很大的成长空间。

（吉隆坡2日讯）今日成功在马股创业板上市的资讯通讯科技(ICT)系统及解决方案供应公司SNS网络科技(SNS，0259，创业板科技组)后，将进一步扩展“线上设备服务”(Deviceas-a-Service;简称DaaS)的IT订阅服务。

SNS网络董事经理吴云汉在上市仪式后向记者表示，“自各个经济领域全面开放以来，我们看到公共机构和私营企业的DaaS IT订阅服务需求激增。在看好市场增⻓潜能之下，SNS网络将争取更多DaaS IT订阅服务客户。”

DaaS是一种让客户通过每月订阅付款方式租赁设备的业务模式，让他们可以依据最新业务营运需求灵活地租用设备，避免拨出大笔资本开销采购ICT产品。

在2020年至2022年6月30日期间，SNS网络已签下82项DaaS订阅服务，总价值达2亿5586万令吉，同时，该公司也收到了政府机构和上市公司多达75项查询。

在上述查询中，SNS网络不仅已与26家政府机构签订2亿4749万令吉合约，也与3家上市公司签署了55万令吉合约。

SNS网络将依据各个潜在客户提出的询问，采购桌面电脑、笔记电脑、互动智能板、工作站、数字标牌、打印机和伺服器等ICT产品，以支持客户服务扩展活动。

吴云汉认为，在冠病大流行的新常态下，该公司处于有利地位，有更大机会从大马企业、政府机构和教育机构的数字化转型趋势中受益。

该公司预计，为配合数字化计划，企业、政府机构和教育机构的资讯科技(IT)平台升级支出将增加，以支持混合式工作模式和线上学习选项等新趋势。

鉴于公共机构和私营企业的IT系统升级支出并无任何放缓迹象，该公司将把握ICT产品及服务需求增⻓良机。

“2020年和2021年冠病大流行期间，政府实施了防疫行动管制措施，在家工作和学生线上课程因而增加，ICT产品及服务的需求也跟着提高。”

他补充:“冠病大流行也促进了企业快速实施及执行数字化措施，以因应业务运作新常态，随着企业越来越依赖ICT，预计相关产品及服务的未来需求将保持强劲。”

SNS网络科技今早以平盘开市，报25仙，最高曾经上涨0.5仙至25.5仙 ，早盘收于平盘价25仙，成交量达1亿8829万零800股，为全场最热门股。

配合上市，SNS已公开发行每股25仙的3亿6288万股新普通股，从中筹集了9072万令吉资金。

该公司现有股东也在这项上市活动中献售了4838万股股票，全数皆通过私下配售方式售予选定投资者。

在首次公开售股(IPO)活动筹集的资金中，3340万令吉(36.9%)将拨作资本开销，3090万令吉用于拓展DaaS IT订阅服务业务，250万令吉作为在巴生河流域、柔佛及槟城设立10家新零售门店的费用。

另外一笔1800万令吉(19.8%)资金中，部分将用于融资八打灵再也新区域中心的建设活动，以支援该公司的全国扩张目标。

上市活动筹措的其他款项中，2000万令吉(22.0%)将用于付还银行贷款;1310万令吉(14.5%)充作一般营运资本;150万令吉(1.7%)拨作JOI®行销活动费;其余470万令吉(5.1%)则是上市费用。

根据扩大后的16亿1000万股股本推算，SNS网络上市后，市值将达4亿零319万令吉。
