（吉隆坡30日讯）以诊治肠胃、肝脏疾病，和肥胖为主的医疗中心–Cengild医疗有限公司今日推介首次公开售股（IPO）招股书，将公开发售2亿1800万股新股，筹措最多7220万令吉来扩建医疗中心、兴建2家肠胃、肝脏疾病与肥胖治疗专科医院，以及作为营运资本。

Cengild医疗的IPO申请将在4月5日截止，并预期在4月18日上市。

配合上市计划，Cengild医疗拟发售2亿1880万股，每股发售价33仙的新股，其中1628万6000股将透过市场询价方式（Book Building）发售予机构和特定投资者、4094万股供大马公众认购，剩余1500万股则供合格定时、主要高级管理层、雇员和有功人士认购。

Cengild医疗拟透过IPO筹资最多7220万令吉，在扣除470万令吉上市费用后，1300令吉将用于扩建现位于[email protected] South的医疗中心、3710万令吉用作在新山、槟城或怡保兴建2家肠胃与肝脏疾病，以及肥胖治疗的专科医院，剩余1740万令吉作为营运资本。

Cengild医疗执行主席拿督陈学瑜医生透过文告表示：“我们在2017年创立Cengild医疗，目标是建设大马卓越的肠胃、肝脏疾病及肥胖治疗中心。我们希望透过一站式专科谘询来为客户提供专业的医疗服务。在过去4年半时间，我们已吸引约6万7000名病患造访，并进行超过2万1000次内窥镜检查和逾3500次手术。”

他补充，从2018至2021财政年，Cengild医疗营业额从1168万令吉增至6347万令吉，复合年均增长率（CAGR）达到75.81％。

“在考量人口增长、人口老化和国人健康意识的提高，我们预期医疗保健服务需求将持续增加。”

目前，Cengild医疗是全马唯一一家专攻肠胃、肝脏疾病及肥胖治疗的全方位医疗中心，而其位于[email protected] South的医疗中心设有10家诊所、3间内窥镜室、21张病床、特诊科等设备。

丰隆投资银行将是Cengild医疗IPO计划的首要顾问、保荐人、独家包销商和承销商。

（吉隆坡18日讯）CENGILD医疗（CENGILD,0243,创业板医疗保健组）粉墨登场，表现亮眼，首宗交易报49.5仙，之后最高报51仙，溢价18仙或54.55%。

该股闭市报46.5仙，全日共溢价13.5仙或40.91%，为第二最热门股，成交量1亿6280万900股。

该公司执行主席拿督陈学瑜医生今在上市仪式上表示，“此次IPO为我们提供了实现我们的雄心壮志并加速我们的扩张计划的平台。”

“作为马来西亚唯一一家专注于肠胃和肝脏疾病以及肥胖症的独立全面医疗中心，我们的目标不仅是为我们的患者提供最好的治疗，而且还要在本区域建立一个受推崇的卓越中心。”

他表示，“Cengild的团队在过去取得了令人印象深刻和出色的成绩，随着IPO后的扩张，我相信我们将会攀上更高峰。对我们来说，这只是新征程的开始，我们放眼接下来取得更多的成功。”

CENGILD医疗新股发售价为33仙，相等于上市时市值2亿7020万令吉。该公司的IPO共获得44.53倍超额认购率，显示吸引到强大购兴。

展望未来，该公司预期2022至2026年复合盈利年均成长率达到9.6%。

该公司从上市行动中筹集7220万令吉，其中1300万令吉用作吉隆坡现有医疗中心的扩张计划，以及3710万令吉用扩张至其他主要城市，例如新山、槟城或怡保。
