对我来说是 OK 的，地点不错，一切吃喝玩乐都在附近。

对于自住来说，重要的是出入方便，生活所需都在附近，居民方面不会很杂。

回到原点，一个人有多少预算，就购买自己能力范围里的房子。

刚刚才知道原来MUTIARA RINI是UNDER N49 依斯干达城（KOTA ISKANDAR）州议席的。。。不是under skudai！！！




依斯干达公主城国会议席（2018年前称振林山国会议席）是马来西亚柔佛州的一个议席，于1994年创设，代码为 P162。


下辖士姑来（N48）及依斯干达城（N49）两个州议席。
