The Board of Ajiya wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Ajiya Safety Glass Sdn. Bhd. and Asia Roofing Industries Sdn. Bhd. (collectively referred to as the “Vendors” or individually as the “Vendor”, as the case may be), have within a period of twelve (12) months, entered into two (2) separate Sale and Purchase Agreements (“SPAs”) on 24 June 2025 and 4 August 2025 respectively,  for the disposal of two (2) adjoining parcels of vacant industrial land (“Property” or “Properties”, as the case may be) for a total disposal consideration of RM51,944,345.20 only  (“Disposals”). On behalf of the Board of Directors of Ajiya (“Board”), M & A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a bonus issue of 304,584,484 new ordinary shares in Ajiya (“Ajiya Share(s)” or Share(s)”) (“Bonus Share(s)”) on the basis of 1 Bonus Share for every 1 existing Ajiya Share held by the shareholders of Ajiya whose name appear in the Record of Depositors of the Company at the close of business on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later (“Proposed Bonus Issue of Shares”).
