美里造船业的简介+砂劳越船厂透视

陳康南:政府大力推動 瓜拉峇南可成造船中心

(美里3日訊)砂州副首長丹斯里陳康南指出,造船業是北砂區主要的經濟活動之一,而瓜拉峇南工業區在政府大力推動下,已成為本地造船廠中心。

增設3間造船廠

目前,瓜拉峇南工業區共有6間造船廠,接下來將會有3間造船廠陸續設立。

陳康南是今日頒發國際品質管理證書予砂拉越造船廠時表示,我國政府自70年代便極力減少資金外流,政府也積極鼓勵船主在本地造船。

造般業前景看俏

由于砂州岸外石油與天然煤氣工業對船隻的需求量大,砂州的造船業的前景看俏,尤其是身為油城的美里。

“州政府在瞭解到該工業需要寬敞的地點來擴展業務下,在瓜拉峇南工業區特別撥地作為發展造船廠用途,而該工業區現今已成為本地造船廠的中心。”

他也娓娓道出40年前的砂拉越造船廠是設在南友城路,當時只要打造好一艘船后,必須由拖船拖到砂蜆殼油田公司的碼頭,並以起重機放到水面,整個過程非常耗時。之後,在60年代末,該造船廠遷移到沿美里河的珠巴區,之後又在遷移到較為寬敞的卑爾騷工業區一帶。

他讚揚砂拉越造船廠獲得國際品質管理證書,並希望這能激發其他造船廠提供更高素質的產品與服務,以提高自身競爭能力。

同時,他也深信砂拉越造船廠今日成就已為往後的成長奠下穩固的基石。

  3月底,「砂拉越留台同學會」會長劉乃好才風塵僕僕地從台灣返回大馬,他是砂拉越第二大城詩巫著名造船廠的負責人,帶領32位馬國造船業者赴台考察,除了參訪南台灣多家造船、遊艇等業者,也與台大、成大、高雄海洋等學術單位洽商培訓人才合作案,希望提升當地造船業的技術。

  他表示此行頗有收穫,幾所大學都已表示將針對砂州業界需求,開辦短期課程或派教授赴砂培訓,甚至比照僑委會兩年制的海外青年技術班(「海青班」)開課,這些計畫也得到教育部和僑委會的認可,兩國船廠也提出相互合作的構想。  劉乃好是最早期赴台就讀「海青班」的留台人,海青班以培養華裔青年實用知識與生產技能為主,領域含括工、農、商,分散在一般大學、專科或職業學校開辦,培訓人數從早期的每年二、三百人到近年增加為五、六百人。

  劉乃好1970年代畢業於桃園農工,返馬後學以致用,從養豬、種稻開始創業,孰料不久遭遇一場大水災,稻田成汪洋的慘重損失讓他決定轉行。那時,佔天時地利之便的詩巫造船業已逐漸由小型漁船。運輸船發展為大型船舶的代工製造,他先由船舶五金人門,接觸了新加坡船主而打開造船之路,一路由舊船整修發展到高級探油台補給船,三十年來歷經幾番波折,目前他的「同益船廠」擁有員工三百多人,年產值七、八千萬馬幣(約台幣6億),事業上無後顧之憂,讓劉乃好得以投注更多心力在「留台同學會」上。

黄船承接汽车滚装船改装工程 (2004-09-17)   

日前,黄埔造船厂成功承接中远航运股份有限公司新购入的外籍万吨级汽车滚装船“沙拉越”(SARAWAK)号改装工程。该船已于近日进厂,改装后更名为“富泉口”号,入CCS级。“富泉口”号长160.5米,型宽20.75米,型深18.8米,总排水量15375吨。这是黄埔造船厂首次承接万吨级汽车滚装船的改装工程,合同周期为65天,合同金额870万元,坞期25天。主要工程项目有,新增小汽车停车甲板一层半,艏尖舱、压载舱换板,新装消防喷淋、照明、报警系统,以及新装汽车上落斜坡道、辅机修理、特检工程等。其中,新增停车甲板和舱室换板钢板总量达500多吨,船体打砂和舱室除锈、特涂面积达15000平方米以上。目前,该厂正全力以赴,精心组织生产,确保该船改装及维修工程安全、保质、按期完工。

Sibu Shipyard Wins Two International And One Local Awards

SIBU, Jan 19 (Bernama) -- Sibu-based Far East Shipyard Company Sdn Bhd, manufacturer of various kinds of marine vessels, has won two international awards last year and one local award this month.

Its managing director Wong King Siew said the company won the Belgium International Award for Business Leadership and Prestige in Brussel in June last year.

Then in November, it won the Spanish International Award for Excellence in Products and Services at its 35th presentation ceremony in Madrid.

"On January 15, our shipyard was again selected as one of the 36 Malaysian firms to win the Asia Pacific International Honesty Enterprise-Keris Award 2005 at its fourth presentation ceremony in Genting Highlands," Wong said.

According to him, the awards reflected the high manufacturing standard and quality management of the company formed 45 years ago.

It is so far the only shipyard from the state to have won all the three coveted awards.

The shipyard, one of the 34 registered with the Sibu Shipyards' Association, now has two dockyards, one at Sungai Sadit and the other at Tanjung Malim near here.

Wong said his company produced between six and eight vessels, mainly medium-size (23 by 30 metres) tugboats, now.

"Of course, we do manufacture others like cargo vessel, passenger ferry, landing craft and fishing trawlers," he said.

Its biggest product so far is a 1,000-DWT (dead weight tonne) navigational aid vessel in 2003 for the Sabah Marine Department.

Its products are certified with international shipping classifications and sold in Southeast Asian countries.

CCS Keen To Certify Sarawak-made Marine Vessels

SIBU, Oct 29 (Bernama) -- China Certification Society (CCS), the marine vessels certification body of China, is keen to certify marine vessels produced by Sarawak, notably by Sibu shipbuilders.

Its Singapore-based office General Manager Luo Xiafeng said Sibu shipbuilders enjoyed very good reputation as prolific producers of various kinds of marine vessels since 1960s.

Some were even sold to China, he told a press conference here last night.

"We want to be allowed to certify them as they are also certified by other foreign classification organisations," Xiafeng said.

"CCS has a 50-year old history. It is a member of the International Marine Organisation (IMO). So recognition and acceptance worldwide is no problem," he said.

Meanwhile, Datuk Lau Cheng Kiong who manages two shipbuilding and repairing firms, the Blue Sky Shipping and Kiong Nguong Dockyard, said there are about 30 shipbuilders in town.

They export about 120 units of different kind of vessels such as tugboats, fast passenger boats, hi-tech supply vessels, landing craft and ferryboats.

"These are usually in the 500 tonne class and below which is our niche product," he said.

He said the buying countries are Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, the Philippines, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, Papua New Guinea and South America.

Lau said their products are recognised by a number of international certification organisations such as the NHK of Japan, Bureau Veritas of France, America Bureau of Shipping of the USA and the German's Lyold.

CCS简介

中国船级社(China Classification Society - CCS)作为交通部直属事业单位,实行企业化管理,是国家的船舶技术检验机构,是中国唯一从事船舶入级检验业务的专业机构,是国际船级社协会10家正式会员之一。

     中国船级社的前身是中华人民共和国船舶检验局,1956年成立。1986年,为适应远洋运输船队迅速发展的需要,经国务院批准成立了中国船级社,与船检局实行“一个机构、两块牌子”。1988年5月,加入国际船级社协会(IACS),成为其正式成员。1992年,按照国际船级社协会(IACS)质量认证体系的要求,建立起中国船级社质量管理体系,并落得了国际船级社协会(IACS)颁发的质量体系符合证书。

    1996年7月1日至1997年6月30日,中国船级社出任国际船级社协会理事会主席,被誉为中国海事界的一大盛事。1998年底,按照国务院水监体制改革的部署,中国船检体制进行了重大改革,中国船级社与船舶检验局实行了“局社、政事”分开。

    中国船级社的主要任务是:承担国内外船舶、海上设施、集装箱及相关工业产品的入级检验、公正检验、鉴证检验和经中国政府、外国(地区)政府主管机关授权,执行法定检验等具体检验业务,以及经有关主管机构核准的其他业务。

     截止到2004年底,中国船级社在国内沿海、沿江主要港口设有39个分社和办事处,在国外14个国家和地区设有19个分社、检验处、站。已接受23个国家或地区的政府授权,为悬挂这些国家或地区旗帜的船舶代行法定检验,同时还与境外20家验船机构签定了相互代理检验的合作协议。形成了以北京为中心,以国内沿海、沿江主要港口为依托,以欧洲、北美、大洋州以及远东和北非地区等为主的,世界范围内的检验服务网络。

    2001 年,中国船级社(CCS)根据国务院发展研究中心提出的《中国船级社发展战略》,制定出2001年至2015年的“三步走发展战略”,把CCS的业务属性定位于“风险管理”,业务特征定位于“技术权威性、服务公正性、业务国际性”,并把CCS的活动明确为“海上安全链”中的重要一环。同时,为适应市场经济发展,中国船级社在内部机构调整的基础上,树立起以风险管理为基本属性的“三主”、“两支持”发展思路,开始以入级服务、非入级服务和工业服务为主业,以规范科研和信息服务为支持保障系统的机构模式进入市场,以我国船舶检验行业主力军的姿态向国际一流船级社奋进。

Hi!i come from Kelantan.Next week i will go Miri there to attend an interview session at Sealink Sdn. Bhd, located at Piasau Industrial Area,Miri.So,does anyone here can help me get there?coz this is my 1st time come to Sarawak.not so familiar with the place.Is there any cheap hostel to rent?or have a map to show me the road?

Sealink building AHTS

Yard News - April 11, 2006

Sealink Sdn Bhd, with head offices in Miri Sarawak East Malaysia, is a well known builder, operator and owner of a current fleet of over 20 vessels. With their origins in the forest industry moving logs along the Borneo Rivers and Pacific Islands, they have expanded into offshore support services. Today they operate a fleet of towing, supply, fast crew, landing craft and anchor handling tugs.

This latter component of the fleet is currently being expanded with the building of the Sealink Maju 20 and 21.

The “small” anchor handling tug is being built at the company’s Sealink Shipyard also in Miri where General Manager Luk Fook Seng explains that the tug will be delivered in June of this year.

The 38m x 11.8m vessel will have a 4.8m moulded depth on its round bilge design by Khiam Chuan Marine Pte of Singapore. It will have accommodations for 18, as well as tankage for 300 tons of fuel and 150 tons of water.

Main propulsion will be a pair of KTA50 M2 engines rated for 1,700hp at 1,800rpm. The engines will turn propellers in 2.2m nozzles to give the vessel a 40 ton bollard pull.

The vessel’s 80 ton double drum winch will handle anchors in the 8 to 10 ton range.

Sealink Maju 21 is also fitted with a bow thruster.

Commenting on the market for offshore vessels in the South China sea, Sealink Assistant General Manager said: “Day rates are crazy, even with the new builds coming out there are not enough vessels to meet the demand now.”

黄顺舸邀诗巫船厂联合会设立船只博物院

  (诗巫25日讯)砂州第二财长兼城市发展与旅游部长拿督斯里黄顺舸说,诗巫旧市 议会地点不久将来将改建为市镇文物展览馆,因此他邀请诗巫船厂联合公会给予配合, 在展览馆内设立船只博物院。

  黄顺舸昨晚在船厂联合公会庆祝创会30周年晚宴上说,他相信船厂联合公会能够和河川 局合作,将先辈南渡的轮船,以及几代下来的各式各样的船只,造成模型,陈列在 船只博物院内。

  黄顺舸昨晚也直接点出财团的功能,赞扬升阳集团协助诗巫兴建了海事学院,启德行 集团协助兴建了砂拉越联合学院。

  杨祖快呼吁政府注重造船业潜能

  (诗巫25日讯)诗巫造船业翘楚之一的杨祖快造船厂董事经理杨祖快县议员呼吁政府能够珍惜和注重造船业的真正潜能,因为它在诗巫整个工业发展过程中扮演举足轻重的角色,政府应该提供各方面的优惠和协助,也应该向一些发展中的国家看齐,不单单 止于口头上的承诺,必须以实际的行动给予扶持。

  他说,船厂联合公会成立最初只有7 家会员,30年后的今天已经增加到34家会员。

  “拜拉让江及伊干江所赐之福,造成诗巫航运交通的蓬勃发展,也大大推动了诗巫造船业的 成长。如今从事造船业者日益增多,销售网路也日渐扩大,从以往每年平均生产30多 艘到现在的年均1 百多艘船只。”

  杨祖快也指出,以前,95%的船只供应国内市场,现在的情势完全逆转,95%是出口 到世界各国。诗巫人应该为此感到骄傲与光荣。

  黄志文:提供奖掖注入更大动力

  (诗巫25日讯)诗巫船厂联合公会主席黄志文说,未来在国际市场上,中小型船只 仍具有巨大的发展潜能。他希望政府继续给予同业关照,提供适当的奖掖计划, 为诗巫的造船业注入更强大的动力。

  黄志文昨晚在该会庆祝30周年晚宴上说,诗巫34家造船厂所生产的各类船只,九成以上 都销往外国,不仅打响诗巫的造船业知名度,更为诗巫赚取无数的外汇。

  诗巫的造船业有6、70年的历史,随着时代的变迁,造船业出现了巨大的变化,最明 显的莫过于陆路交通的日益完善及上游木材业的式微,导致造船业面对严峻的考验。不 过,国际汇率的巨大波动,加上诗巫造船价廉物美的良好印象,为业者找到一条更好的 出路。

  黄志文说,再好的行业也必须面对竞争,同业在资讯工艺发达的时代中,要不断精益求 精,求变求新,以提高品质来换取口碑,才能确保这个行业获得永续经营。

  他指出,政府于2000年在兰岛邦占推行造船工业区的计划,目前已有多家船厂迁入上述造船工业区,并且开始在新船厂建造船只,新船厂配备先进的设施,与旧船厂最大的差别在于船只不再局限于岸边建造,可以在较“内陆”的地方建造,最终以先 进的气囊设备,让船只顺利下水。

  黄志文也提到诗巫船厂联合公会当初成立的目的,最大的宗旨莫过于为会员谋取更大的 福利;在80年代,造船原料供应商随意抬高价格,致使许多船厂都深受其害,甚至 被迫停工。

  在同业的共同策划下,成立了一家“诗巫船坞供应有限公司”,负责代理造船原料 售予会员船厂,遏止了价格的随意暴涨。因此,为了同业的共同福祉,黄志文希望尚未加入 公会的船厂,能够尽快申请入会,除了壮大公会的阵容,也进一步保障自身的权益。

  黄志文强调,公会的成长必须靠全体会员的共同推动,除了感谢历届主席及理事的努力 ,也希望继承者共同延续这项使命,让诗巫船厂联合公会未来的路更加顺畅, 也更能发挥回馈社会的功能。

Sealink Sdn. Bhd. with head offices in Miri Sarawak East Malaysia, is a well known builder, operator and owner of a current fleet of over 20 vessels. With their origins in the forest industry moving logs along the Borneo Rivers and Pacific Islands, they have expanded into offshore support services. The “small” anchor handling tug is being built at the company's Sealink Shipyard also in Miri where General Manager Luk Fook Seng explains that the tug will be delivered in June of this year. The 38 x 11.8-meter vessel will have a 4.8-meter molded depth on its round bilge design by Khiam Chuan Marine Pte. of Singapore. It will have accommodations for 18 men as well as tankage for 300 tons of fuel and 150 tons of water.

Main propulsion will be a pair of KTA50 M2 engines rated for 1700 hp at 1800 RPM. The engines will turn propellers in 2.2-meter nozzles to give the vessel a 40-ton bollard pull. The vessel's 80-ton double drum winch will handle anchors in the 8 to 10 ton range. The Sealink Maju 21 is also fitted with a bow thruster.

Commenting on the market for offshore vessels in the South China sea, Sealink Assistant General Manager commenting said, “Day rates are crazy, even with the new builds coming out there are not enough vessels to meet the demand now.”

许汉绵:三维电子设计造船系统,提升技术达致国际水准

  (诗巫8日讯)鑫旺科技公司首席执行员许汉绵强调,为了继续提升造船业的技术,以建造更大艘、更快速度和达到国际水准的船支,引进三维电子设计造船系统及技术,将带来裨益。

  他透露,许多世界级的公司已经采用了三维电子设计造船系统,砂州造船业引用该系统技术,也将带动砂州的造船工业走向国际,建造私用、军用、政府使用的船支。

  许汉绵表示,砂州及联邦政府应该继续扶持本地的造船工业发展,以迈向市场国际化。

  昨天晚上在该公司与诗巫船厂联合公会联办的【三维电子设计造船系统讲座暨展示会】上,许汉绵指出,造船工业是除了木基工业之外最大的工业,尤其是在目前木材业逐渐走下坡的情况下,更形成重要的出路。

  他说,诗巫国阵宏愿发展队伍已经为诗巫争取到许多的发展,加强造船业的发展,协助走向国际化,兴办航海学院就是一个明显的例子。

  “诗巫、美里及民都鲁的造船业已经打下良好的基础,并开始走向世界,远销到印尼、中国、柬埔寨、中东国家、巴布新畿内亚、越南、泰国及太平洋岛国。”他补充。

楼主在哪里做的。。
有用船舶软件造船吗?

大马有6-7间用shipconstructor,不知你们是其中之一?
