A softphone is a multi-media application that works in association with VoiP technology enabling you to make calls direct from your PC or laptop.It is PC version of IP Phone. Currently my softphone supports only for windows 2000 SP4 and above.

所以只可以用别人的sdk

codec not supported
g.729
最重要的codec microsoft没provide

如何制作g.729 codec acm driver?

忘了还有
现在用的号码是不能打去pstn的

我的号码:01548408955 / 01548408907 / 01548408906(任何一个，打不通就另外一个，因为我可能在testing phone，没开)

从中我们可以知道quality去到哪里
