Car Manufacture year 2011 and above.
Malaysian Citizen(MyKad Only) aged 21-years old and above.
Blue MyKad holder only (MyTentera and MyPR are NOT accepted)
Driving License D/DA (P License NOT accepted)
IOS/Android Smartphone.
