就如新加坡是最昂贵国家一样，这项排名也是给expat retirees的；衣食住行应该都不是普通人的标准，第十名的一个月两个人花2700美金，就算便宜的退休生活。。。

当年，若我父母亲留在新加坡，现在就是pioneer一族了；现在一年的医药费应该不需要花5位数马币。

新加坡的标准：

Living Singapore Citizens who meet 2 criteria:
Aged 16 and above in 1965 - this means:
Born on or before 31 December 1949​
Aged 65 and above in 2014
and​​​
​​Obtained citizenship on or before 31 December 1986.

为什么没有safety and security的？
health care?
