Introduction
The Board of Directors of Inta Bina is pleased to announce that Inta Bina Sdn Bhd (“IBSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Inta Bina, had on 5 September 2024 accepted the Letter of Award (“LOA”) from Sime Darby Property (Bukit Raja) Sdn Bhd for Main Building and External Works (“Contract”) for the total contract sum of RM96,546,581.40 only for the proposed development of:
Cadangan membina 1 blok pangsapuri perkhidmatan perniagaan 37 tingkat yang mengandungi:
A. 246 unit pangsapuri perkhidmatan perniagaan dan 62 unit pangsapuri perniagaan mampu milik dari tingkat 7 hingga tingkat 37
B. 5 tingkat tempat letak kereta dari tingkat 2 hingga tingkat 6
C. 1 tingkat kemudahan penduduk seperti tadika, surau (lelaki dan perempuan), kolam renang dewasa, kolam renang kanak-kanak, gimnasium, pejabat pengurusan, ruang dobi, dewan serbaguna, ruang peti surat lobi, kebuk sampah dan pencawang elektrik di tingkat 1
D. 1 tingkat kemudahan penduduk seperti taman permainan dan ruang bacaan di sebahagian tingkat 7
E. 1 unit pondok pengawal di tingkat 1
di atas Lot 62695 (GRN 335470), Persiaran Putra Perdana, Putra Heights, Mukim Damansara, Daerah Petaling, Selangor Darul Ehsan untuk Tetuan Sime Darby Property (Bukit Raja) Sdn Bhd.
The Construction Period shall be for a period of 30 months. The Date of Commencement and Date of Completion as per the LOA shall be on 18 September 2024 and 17 March 2027, respectively.
Risk Factors
There are no foreseeable significant risks other than operational risk associated with the Contract during the Construction Period.
Financial Effects
The Contract will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of Inta Bina.
Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the Contract is expected to contribute positively towards the future earnings of Inta Bina for the duration of the Contract.
The Group intends to fund the Contract via internally generated funds and/ or external borrowings.
Directors’ and Substantial Shareholders’ Interest
None of the Directors or Substantial Shareholders of Inta Bina or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract.
Directors’ Statement
The Board of Directors of Inta Bina, after due consideration, is of the opinion that the Contract is in the best interest of the group. The Contract is being entered into in the ordinary course of business and is not subject to the approval of shareholders.
