On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, TA Securities Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that: (i)         the Company had on 14 May 2025 entered into a conditional share sale agreement with CS Strategic Holdings Sdn Bhd for the proposed disposal of the entire equity interest in CS Laundry System Sdn Bhd to CS Strategic Holdings Sdn Bhd for a cash consideration of RM18.00 million (“Proposed Disposal”); and   (ii)        the Company proposes to undertake the consolidation of every 10 existing ordinary shares in BCM (“BCM Shares”) into 1 BCM Share (“Proposed Share Consolidation”).
