The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the company had on 18 April 2025 issued a letter to Fong Chee Khuen, Chief Executive Officer of the Company on the extension of suspension period for another 2 week until 4 May 2025, pending the outcome of an internal investigation.
The Company shall announce further developments on the above matter as and when necessary.

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the company had on 28 April 2025 issued a letter of Show Cause and Second Extension of Suspension to Fong Chee Khuen, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, seeking clarification on some financial transactions and personal conduct.
The suspension is extended until further notice pending Fong Chee Khuen's reply to the show cause and the Board's deliberation on his reply.
The Company shall announce further development on the above matter as and when necessary.

Change in Financial Year End
Old financial year end | 31 Mar 2025 | New financial year end | 30 Sep 2025 |
Remarks : | The change in the financial year end of HHRG Berhad ("Company") from 31 March to 30 September is due to MG Furniture Sdn Bhd, a 51% owned subsidiary of the Company being under internal investigation. As a result, the Board foresees that the audited financial statements of the Company will not be able to be finalised by 31 July 2025 for announcement to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The Board of Directors opined that the change in the financial year end is in the best interest of the Company. |

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that HHRG Capital Sdn Bhd, (“HHRG Capital”), HHRG’s wholly owned subsidiary involving in licenced money lending business, had on 26 June 2025 at 6.46p.m. lodged a police report against the Company’s former CEO, Mr. Fong Chee Khuen who was the director of HHRG Capital, amid discovery of some financial irregularities and unauthorised money lending transaction in March 2024.
The Company’s and HHRG Capital’s operations are not expected to have any material impact.
The Company will make the necessary announcements on further material development of the above matter.
