新加坡工作的中国女孩如何与吉隆坡未婚夫婚姻注册

请大家帮帮忙，给些意见。我的情况比较特殊：我曾在马来西亚求学几年，现在持中国护照在新加坡工作居住4年了，在新加坡持S Pass，同时有马来西亚多次往返旅游签证；我未婚夫是马来西亚华人， 在吉隆坡工作。我们要怎么在吉隆坡注册结婚？网上其他的答案好像不适合我的情况，希望得到进一步帮助。谢谢大家！

1.在马来西亚注册局网站内得到讯息，准备需要的文件。
2.过来马来西亚住1星期，然后排期。3星期后就可以拿到结婚证书。
3。你只能在布城注册结婚。
4。没难度的。

谢谢，会查查注册局网站，希望有英文的。 只是不明白为什么一定要住7天后才能排期注册，有什么原因吗？不然我可以回新加坡做工， 需要的时候再飞回来。 唉。。。工作忙， 拿7天假老板会疯掉

1. This is the requirement from ROM Malaysia where u need to stay more than 7 days before filling.
2. If you cant take leave than u can marriage in Singapore. Before that, u must get the approval from MOM Singapore.

Thx for ur kind reply and suggestion. I have checked with JPN website and noted of their requirement of min 7 days stay, although still do not understand why . Anyway I will consider ROM in Singapore.

This is compulsory 7 days in Malaysia and believe all foreigner whose wish to apply marriage in others country apply the same procedure . Since u stick in ROM singapore with holding Work Pass, u need to stay at least 15 days in Singapore for Filling notice and 21 day waiting periods for register of marriage in SIngapore. Before that u need to get approval from MOM singapore. It may take some time for approval as well. Congratulation.

After obtaining the marriage cert, u may re-register in Malaysia as well. It may take 20 mins in JB, Malaysia or 3 day if submit to embassy of Malaysia, Singapore. Please do it within half years period where penalty/fine with apply on your side if more than that.

BTW, i register marriage in Singapore and re-register in Malaysia. So still fresh on the procedure.

如果你男朋友可以去新加坡的话，最好在新加坡注册结婚证，然后拿新加坡的结婚证去你男朋友的附近JPN更换成马来西亚的结婚证。因为在马来西亚结婚要一大堆文件（很麻烦很麻烦），在新加坡结婚，只要2个人的护照在找2个证婚人就可以了。我就是这样办理下来。之前不懂傻傻在马来西亚注册用了1年多时间跑来跑去都没有办理下来。
