求救, budget construction cost是多少錢一方尺？
包括M&E和infra。
設計大概
15樓x8間x1200ft2

哦。。。那谢谢，如果是5-6年前的budget我还可以trace back，但是现在东西起价好像洪水猛兽，天天不同价。
很难捉摸。

我去年submit一个，5 story podium carpark with swimming pool and garden on level 5 and level 6 to level 29 is typical floor, 8 units/floor and 4 block, the costing for NFA is almost RM 165.00/sf. and owner said tooooo high, my margin are only 15% nia, he also said too high, ok and then i submit with GFA is RM 125/sf and he said his target is RM 92/sf. i f*ck him . you do yourself lah.

哈哈。。。 結果owner賣RM600/方尺.
扣除其他費用，賣一間賺一間。

是咯，以前90年代Owner的profit才30%+-， 现在50%++

base on previous project we are doing, let's said we have a project 20 story and contract sum is RM 20 million, then we calculate all the floor area (including staircase, lift and etc) from ground to top floor except roof. then u know /sf how much

Cost per ft2 我是拿屋子裡面+露台（50%）+Corridor(50%)
不知以上算法(50%)對不對？

好像carpark, corridor, balcony, playground, swimming pool area, roof deck是不是要除一半？
