The Board of Directors of Citaglobal (“Board”) wishes to announce that PT Citaglobal Internasional Capital (“CGIC”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 7 May 2025 entered into a Heads of Agreement (“HoA” or “the Agreement”) in Jakarta, Indonesia with Pimpinan Wilayah Muhammadiyah Jawa Timur (“PWMJT”) for the purpose of working together to pursue potential collaboration in the areas of renewable energy, telecommunications and facility management in respect of PWMJT-owned assets located in East Java, namely hospitals, schools and universities to be identified by CGIC and PWMJT (collectively referred to as “Parties”) (“Ventures”).
