Reference is made to the announcements of the Company dated 1 August 2018, 3 August 2018 and 7 August 2018 in respect of the Memorandum of Understanding entered into between the Company and JKSB. The Board of Directors of LHB wishes to announce that the Company had on 17 July 2019 entered into a Sales and Purchase Agreement with JKSB for the disposal of a piece freehold land under Geran 35311 Lot 559, Mukim Ijok, Daerah Kuala Selangor, Negeri Selangor for a total consideration of RM27,600,000.00 only. The details of the announcement are set out in the attached file. This announcement is dated 17 July 2019.
