Type | Announcement | Subject | MULTIPLE PROPOSALS | Description | AMALGAMATED INDUSTRIAL STEEL BERHAD ("AISB" OR THE "COMPANY")PROPOSALS | On behalf of the Board of Directors of AISB (“Board”), TA Securities Holdings Berhad (“TA Securities”) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the following:
(i) proposed renounceable rights issue of up to 137,585,442 new ordinary shares in AISB (“AISB Shares” or “Shares”) (“Rights Shares”) on the basis of 1 Rights Share for every 1 existing Share held by the shareholders of the Company (“Shareholders”) whose name appear in the Record of Depositors of the Company (“Entitled Shareholders”) on an entitlement date to be determined (“Entitlement Date”) (“Proposed Rights Issue”); and
