The Board of Directors of MAG wishes to announce that North Cube Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 201601030422 (1201363-X)], the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 14 March 2025 entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with Ms. Chong Kah Nyuk @ Lilian for the purchase of a farm land provisionally known as Country Lease 105773840, Mile 15, Apas Road, Tawau, Sabah, at a purchase price of Ringgit Malaysia Seven Million (RM7,000,000.00) only, under the terms and conditions as stipulated in the SPA.

[Registration No.  200001022963 (525571-V) for the following acquisitions, at the total purchase consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Thirty Two Million Six Hundred Thousand (RM32,600,000.00) only, under the terms and conditions as stipulated in the respective agreements:

The Board of Directors of MAG Holdings Berhad has approved the change of financial year end from 30 June to 31 December (Change). The Change is to ensure that future financial reporting aligns to the newly acquired farms existing financial year end which expected to impact the nature and timing of its operations. Following the Change, the next set of financial statements will cover 18 months from 1 July 2024 to 31 December 2025.
