小弟又来向各位大大请教了：-

1）你们在 taking off 时，pilcap 的 formwork depth 有 allow 50mm 的吗 (for lean concrete)?
2) For anti-termite treatment 的 area (一般上architecture drawings都没有show), 是不是只measure屋身而已？不包括apron slab吗？
3）还有，你们在 taking off 时，column 的formwork height 有less 掉beam depth 的吗？
For example, 3.50m (ground column height) - 0.60m (1st floor beam depth) = 2.9m, 对吗？
4）Capping beam 是坐在roof beam 上？是serve for防火的purpose, 是吗？
5）一间两层楼的 Semi-D (40' x 80'), 大概要用多少块 或 pallet 的 (clay) bricks?
6) 窗框上需要 RC lintol, 门框也一定要置放 lintol 吗？
7) Building up rate时，你们allow多少巴仙 for wastage 呢？
8) How much is the installation rate (labour only) for 150 x 150mm light weight coping (in meter run)?
9) 1m3 的 plastering, 大概需要６包的OPC，对吗？
10) Job interview时，当你被问 “what's your greatest achievement after N years in this construction industry?"

建的时候有弄，那就需要了。

对。

6) 窗框上需要 RC lintol, 门框也一定要置放 lintol 吗？
是的，不然门框 或窗可能承受不了砖的重量。

7) Building up rate时，你们allow多少巴仙 for wastage 呢？
看老板的要求？

8) How much is the installation rate (labour only) for 150 x 150mm light weight coping (in meter run)?
打去 sub-con 问问看。每个地方或公司做都可能不同。

10) Job interview时，当你被问 “what's your greatest achievement after N years in this construction industry?"
你会如何回答？
