The Board of Directors (“The Board”) of EG Industries Berhad (“EGIB” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has, on 4 October 2024, been allotted additional 55,000,000 ordinary shares in N.D. Rubber Public Company Limited (“NDR”), at an offering price of THB1.80 per ordinary share (“Shares Subscription”). In aggregation with an initial allotment in NDR on 9 September 2024 for 55,000,000 ordinary shares, EGIB is now the registered owner of 110,000,000 ordinary shares, representing 24.08% of the issued share capital in NDR (“Total Shares Subscription”).
