Property Management Executive

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily operations of maintenance and management of company's properties
• Coordinating with real estate agents/developers, tenants, local authorities and government departments to meet company's objectives and requirements
• Co-ordinating with owners/tenants complaint.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Property Management or related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Property Management or equivalent.
• Have own transportation and able to travel extensively.
• 1 Full-Time positions available.Working at Taman Shamelin Perkasa KL.
