Variation Order mean additional works which is not in the original scope of works. |

Estan,谢谢你的回复！如果我的装修商帮我们装修房子，价钱方便我们不同意，还有一些很严重漏水问题，而已我们没有签到VO，我们可以不还钱吗? |

the contractor must had quote the price for your agreement before they start doing the renovation work. if you had agree with it,you have to paid it.
可是如果那个 VO, contractor 没有和你商量过,那你应该有权利不要还钱.
我是在 construction's consultant firm 做工的,普通的话我们会准备VO给Client看, 然后他们同意过后才做那些VO里的工. |

当时我们没有签是因为价钱离谱，可是有些价钱已经在第一次的QUOTATION给一个价钱了(比如之前QUOTE-RM6000)，过后他们又要我们再加RM3000，这个价钱他算在VO里面的，还好我们没有签，不然就上当了。
现在他们出律师信了，我们应该起诉回他们，还是不理他们? |
