The Board of Directors of PUC Berhad ("PUC") has approved the change of financial year end ("FYE") of PUC from 30 June 2025 to 31 December 2025. The next financial year will be commencing from 1 July 2024 to 31 December 2025, covering a period of 18 months. The change in FYE is to align with recent merger and acquisition activities, group restructuring and integration, facilitating consolidated reporting. This adjustment will improve operational planning, forecasting accuracy, and budget cycles.
