买卖屋子的律师费

想请问大大
从lelong那标得屋子,到和银行贷款的律师费需要十多千那么多吗?
如果不方便说可以PM我一声好吗,因为之前买屋子时候律师费最多也是几千块
今天妈妈和某银行顾问接洽关于贷款,对方说需要十多千的律师费 |

Stamp duty First 100k 1.0% 1000
S & P Stamp Duty = MOT 的印花税 Next 400k 2.0% 2140
(50% discount for under 350k) 1570
Disbursement fees: 400
Land search + Q.A Search + Affirmation and etc

Loan agreement 120000
Legal fee First 150k 1.0% 1200
Stamping of Original Loan Agreement 0.5% 600

total 6719 ± 1000 (disbursement & misc from S& P & loan)
p/s : legal fee for S& P 和 loan agreement 都能获得discount, 多数10~30%, 这个需要和lawyer讨before 签S& P 和 loan agreement |
