我想知道，你们做工第一年都是没有leave的吗？

leave已经写在contract里，第一年，第二年。。。。做到老都只有最基本的8天

每间公司都不一样吧。
以前的公司都可以advance leave，就算还没有confirm
有些公司要服务满一年，第二年才开始拿第一年的年假。
有些公司under probation 没有年假，after confirm Purata leave....

1] Less than 2 years ofservice – 8 days for each year

2] 2 years or more but lessthan 5 years – 12 days for each year

3] More than 5 years – 16days for each year

旧旧公司就是这样，一年后才有leave，第一年全部unpaid
将来新的公司也是这样写，问了hr,她说under probation unpaid leave，after confirm Purata leave,
做多久就Purata 算。
你的offer letter这样写？

oo 我公司那本labour law 是旧的。。。 after confirmation then pro rate 是新的。。。
