此活动只适合有负重登山经验者，男性为佳。参加者须满21岁。

interested are advised to advance their own weight-bearingexercise. due to personal reason, i will not lead the training hike.i will arrange teammate to be a training hike leader.

Tent matewill be swapped every night. This is to strengthen the friendshipbetween teammates and promote team spirit.



Participants require to share group ration for about 4 kg(male), 3 kg (female). A total of 16kg(male),15kg(female) includingapprox 12kg of your personal stuff.

itinerary
Day 1 December 31 Saturday
6am drive to  GUAN DI TEMPLE,KAMPONG RAJA to parkvehicle.After having lunch at k.raja, transfer by 4WD to starting point(simpang pulai half way). hike to SUKU summit andcamp.(4~5hrs).on the way to summit, will collect water from a small stream.

Day 2 January 1 Sunday

9 am hike to camp LIPAN with water source and camp(8hrs)

Day 3 January 2 Monday

9 am hike to IRAU summit( 3hrs) and descend to foot hill( 4 hrs.)and back to GUAN TI TEMPLE by 4wd, then back to penang by 10pm.


the organizer reserves the ultimate right to decide on thenumbers, qualifications of the participants & postpones, changes,or cancel the date and the route of the expedition


Backpack weight estimation  : approx 12kg(include backpack)      
Things must bring

• small towel
• sock & glove & cap(keep warm at night. Temperature at peak may below 15 celcius during at night)
• sweater
• sport long pant
• wing breaker or jacket
• sleeping bag
• one set of shirt & short
• sleeping mat
• personnel medical items(paracetamol, bandage, plaster etc.)
• lighter

  *all items above keep in waterproof bag*

• kampong adidas or big head sandals(crog,cheaper also can)
• headlamp (LED)
• one set of mess tin or plastic wear for take along lunch while trekking
• spoon
• cup for hot drinks
• large garbage plastic bag for backpack overnight store up
• raincoat
• whistle
• tooth brush & tooth paste(mini size)
• 1 x 1.5litre drinking water
• 1 x 1.5litre empty bottle for group use

Optional Items

• walking sticks
• soap
• specs or contact lens(must bring)
• sun glass

Food must prepare during hiking in case of emergency

Such as energy bar/foodbar/muesli bar/chocolatebar/biscuit,/nuts/layer cake/banana cake/chocolate cake /fruitcake/butter cake, oat bread with bak gua/bak hu, etc
Suggest 6 portion per person
