话说有没有人去三哩的celcom center那里注意到...


做什么 "ONLY FOR YOU" 的 feedback 是他们自己用手指插的?


不是only for customer的meh?这样怎样会增加员工的效率?

话说我老婆之前去terminate service,刚坐下就望着那个customer feedback screen,他很紧张的就自己压压压了,

之后我老婆的话还没问完,服务员就草草说你回家等之类的话,按下一位的号码,留下很多问号在头上,下个顾客又在后面等,很pai seh再问下去.

比起DIGI的服务员会问:"我还有什么可以帮到你吗?"

话说我写了一段肺腑之言和鸟语花香的爱情书给celcom总部了.

他们的feedback如下.

We wish to extend our gratitude on your invaluable feedback. We value your suggestions and we will take appropriate action to improve and enhance our  service for the benefit of our customers.
Rest assure that your feedback has been extended to the appropriate department for their deliberations and next course of action.
