百试百灵的interview 方式。。。

1. 事前准备。
a) 研究应聘广告 - 广告会告诉你这份工作需要什么条件和经验。
b) 如果没有相关经验，上网或询问朋友，了解。
c）自我摸拟 interview 应该会发问的题目，准备答案。

interview 时，
1. 自我介绍 - 简单， 短， 1 分钟。学历 1 分钟
2. 工作经验介绍 - 很重要。根据事前准备的资料，在老板发问前，告诉老板你的经验符合他们的要求。越详细越好。放心的吹，因为不同公司有不同的作风和制度。

如果时常换工的，一定要自己把原因说出来，别等到发问。 别说为了钱或因为人事问题而跳巢。
