新屋申请水的费用

请问下那个新屋申请水的费用总共是多少钱？之前，我去水务局还了 RM110:
1) deposit RM60
2) inspection fee RM50

可是，现在发展商叫我还 communication pipe RM410...那我不是一共要还RM520 吗？？ 有这么贵的哈？？那个 communication pipe 就是接去屋子的水管。这个费用是屋主还的吗？这笔钱不是应该是包在屋价里，所以是发展商还的？之前也没有提过这个费用，有点吓到

这里有谁知道吗？想知道究竟是谁还的？

这个我不懂，如果是酱紫讲，自己接水管罗。。。反正很容易的。。。

當初你買屋子時,發展商有沒有答應你免付水/電錶費..如果沒有,就自己要還咯..
deposit反正你是自己還的,因為以後屋子賣掉,那deposit可拿回來..至於接駁費,就要對方offer,你才不用還咯..


電費的deposit也是要自己還..basic從450起,看你的point來計算

    那个deposit 和meter 是自己还的，可是我是不明白为什么 communication pipe 也是我还呢？我觉得水，电和马路都属于基本设施吧，应该发展商要负责做好， 然后我只是去申请，还deposit 和meter 的钱罢了吧！之前， 也没告诉我， 真是的

有些發展商會假假騙你...你去問清楚

较遥远的话要千多块。包挂割马路，接水管的费用。

    就是奇怪啦。。。这个费用做莫叫我还啦？！做水沟，拉水管的，本来就是发展商的责任啦。。。无良的发展商！

    你签合约时候里面没有写“包” 的话就要自己贴了。 钱都是还那些contractor的。

接那个管四尺包抵押4，5百。

    合约的内容是这样的：
    The Vendor shall at its own cost and expense, lay or cause to be laid all necessary water, electricity and sewerage mains, gas pipings (if any) in or for the said Building and at its own cost and expense undertake to apply for the connection of internal water, electricity, sanitary and gas installation (if any) of the said Building.  All installation charges for electricity, water and gas meters and deposits chargeable for electricity and water in respect of the said Building shall be borned by the Purchaser.

    我问了一个工程师，他讲应该是发展商还的，还问了刚买新屋的同事，她也是没还啊。。。可是有些人有还哦！ 所以，我就搞不清究竟这个费用是谁负责还的呢？

屋子里面的水管，电线是发展商付。
申请水电表是发展商去处理但是。
电表，水表费用是买主负责。
所以从外面接水进来是买主负责因为那个部分是装水表，但由发展商去办手续。
买工寓手续更复杂。
