We are really sorry for the inconvenience in using our service. Regarding Samsung Kies update problem, as we inform you in previous mail, due to the unstable function of new version of Kies, we suggest you to not do any update right now, please wait until the live update release and try to download the newest version directly from our Samsung Apps website; the functions will be fixed and live update will be ready in late May or early June. When you launch Kies and asked to update, please cancel it.
