jessy, 不是说签了就一定被吃死。产假这个东西,明文规定了,就算你签了,还是可以追讨。直接把你的employment letter 拿去劳工部,请他们advice就对了。。不会有事的。 |

还有我上个月做了20多个小时的OT一分钱都没得CLAIM,她说因为我的整理文件方面做得不好所以没有得CLAIM....现在我上个月的PUNCH CARD她还HOLD着,应该是心理有鬼怕我告她所以HOLD着不敢拿出来~~ |

因为我试过。。我以前学校不要给我文凭,后来我就。。结果那个校长说有什么事都可以好好谈的。。我其实很怕的。现在学会了要怎样做。 |

MATERNITY LEAVE
What is a female employee's entitlement?
1. Every female employee shall be entitled to maternity leave for a period of not less than 60 consecutive days in respect of each confinement.
2. Maternity leave shall not commence earlier than 30 days immediately preceding the confinement or later than the day immediately following the confinement.
3. The female employee shall also be eligible for maternity allowance upon prescribed rates and qualifications under the Employment Act.
4. Maternity allowance is payable to a female employee by the employer for each day of the eligible period at her ordinary rate of pay for one day or at the rate prescribed by the Minister. A female employee employed on a monthly rate shall be deemed to have received her maternity allowance if she continues to receive her monthly wages during her absentation from work during the eligible period. |

Every female employee shall be entitled to maternity leave for a period of not less than sixty consecutive days
A female employee shall be entitled to receive maternity allowance for the eligible period from her employer if:
(i) she has been employed by the employer at any time in the four months immediately before her confinement; and
(ii) she has been employed by the employer for a period of, or periods amounting in the aggregate to, not less than ninety days during the nine months immediately before her confinement.
The maternity allowance shall be paid later than the seventh day of the following month.
It shall be an offence for her employer to terminate her services or give her notice of termination of service during her confinement period. |

我老婆進新公司工作沒三個月就懷孕了,第三個月公司照樣 confirm 她,
老闆還很高興說哇,很開心公司又有人懷孕!

我拿產假時糧嘛是照出。。。花紅也照拿(當時適逢農曆新年)。。。。你可以告去勞工部,他們最喜歡針對欺負產婦的公司的了。。。 |
