如何计算Warrant？

请问大大们那里可以学习到如何计算Warrant？我买了Ｓｕｎｃｉｔｙ，合并后每５股将会得到一个Ｗａｒａｎｔ，请问到时要如何计算转换价或转换成母股呢？谢谢

送的warrant是不可以持久的，用钱买的warrant就要持久。
