我想知道，bursa每次有公司anouncement如下，Kindly be advised that the abovementioned Company’s additional 59,000 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each issued pursuant to the aforesaid Scheme will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 8 March 2011.


到底是什么意思？是好是坏？谢谢！

用以奖励员工的表现.大概类似于bonus

如果发行的附加股并不是大数目则对股价和盈利没影响
