P1欠我的RM 100还没还我。
Send Email还是千篇一律的回复。
难道我也该出律师信给P1?
同情楼主的情况，因为我之前也有类似的问题，
但不是P1而是UMobile。刚开始时还可以。不幸签了两年合约。
后来不稳常断线。根本不能用。Bill system常出错，
Support只会叫Reset Modem。
结果也无奈还了2年的月费。
证据？UMobile本身应该有记录吧。我差不多整年都没用到。 |

1。签了合约
2。你不还钱，被暂停服务，钱也要一样每月都给。因为合约绑定。
3。最后你决定不还，超过1000就来律师信。不过你大可以不理会。只是以后不能用p1的服务而已。
你们当合约是什么？ 大便纸?
投诉时不积极，最后导致自己欠下很多钱. |

有时想想这些人做生意也不好好做，就是要弄到消费者麻烦．
有些等refund又要等久久，要人一直跑centre / make call．．
有些讲给1.2mbps又只给600kbps．．
真的是累．．
要投诉又无门．．
LZ问题解决了吗？？
有什么方法可以不用被penalty就终止合约？？
除了收集speedtest证据投诉．．  |

当初你有问题时你为何不去投诉? 线不好？多不好？你住哪里？拿到什么灯的signal ?
没还钱被暂停当然还会继 ...
