我姐姐常常虐待孩子？我实在看不下去了，
如果我报警她会被判什么罪？刑法是什么？
只给警告可以吗？？？

虐待一般上是用penal code 324(不嚴重) 326(嚴重)

Punishment for voluntarily causing hurt
323. Whoever, ... voluntarily causes hurt, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fine which may
extend to two thousand ringgit or with both. Voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapons or means

324. Whoever, ... voluntarily causes hurt by means of any instrument for shooting, stabbing or cutting, or any instrument which, used as a weapon of
offence, is likely to cause death, or by means of fire or any heated
substance, or by means of any poison or any corrosive substance,
or by means of any explosive substance, or by means of any
substance which it is deleterious to the human body to inhale, to
swallow, or to receive into the blood, or by means of any animal,
shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend
to three years or with fine or with whipping or with any two of
such punishments.

既然是你姐姐的孩子，同住一屋，相对简易的法律是《1994年家庭暴力法令》(Domestic Violence Act 1994)。“同住一屋”是先决条件之一。

身为孩子的阿姨，你可以本身向邻近的推事庭，做出申报。你可以向推事庭或谷歌大神查询细节。
