EPS 的疑问 ？

请问各位在读新加坡公司的财报时有没有遇过类似的情形，用来计算“每股EPS” 和“每股NAV” 的公司股票总数有区别？

例子hyflux 2009 财报


The total number of issued shares excluding treasury shares as at 31 Dec 2009 was 528,365,360

Net assets value per ordinary share of:

Based on 528,365,360 (31 Dec 2008: 525,271,360) ordinary shares in issue               69.1 cents

Earnings per ordinary share:
Based on the weighted average of 526,172,527                                                        14.26 cents
ordinary shares in issue;

and

On a fully diluted basis of 535,474,937                                                                    14.01 cents                                                
ordinary shares


如果我计算EPS时，使用 528,365,360 和使用 535,474,937 的股票总数 得到的 EPS 将会有所差别


请问各位计算公司表现的两个重要指数（EPS 和 NAV )时，是使用哪一个股票总数？
