Need help on the house Feng Shui

Dear all,

  Need your help.  Sorry, i just can read simple chinese, but, unable to write in chinese.  

  I got a question, wish to get help from all the masters here.

  I saw a house these days, and pretty like the place, it is Riana Green PJ, is that area, feng shui ok?  Coz it is very jam, but, i like the layout.

  For this unit, the balcony is facing southeast, and the maindoor is at northwest.  If i stand at the maindoor and facing the balcony, the main door is open at my left hand side.  Is this house, ok?

  Really need your help.

hmm.. abit hard to digest from your word, best if you can draw out a floor plan then will be more clear

we need floor plan and door direction(how much degree from your compass measurement)

the floor plan is required to analyse the energy flowing direction as what chinese people mentioned the qi(气) flow and the inner house structure(宅内形势)

door direction is to analyse your eight mansion(八宅) good(吉) and bad(凶) location(位)
